METRO POLITAN PASAY  ;new name for the Reclaimed Pasay area, subject for Local Ordinance


PASAY RECLAIMED AREA now a CITY ; TO BE DECLARED A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE ,for the purpose of politically administering the said zone. Characterized for its proximity to main hub of Old Manila Capital ( Imperial Intramuros) and the new Makati Financial District and its innate mediterranean setting for a beach cove like topography, PASAY RECLAIMED CITY is fast becoming a world class "LAS VEGAS OF ASIA". Where modern lifestyles of entertainment, casino, work offices , high rise residential condominium, Business processing outsourcing offices, shopping centers ( mall of asia) , sports complex ( SM Arena ) , yacht clubs, hotels , public green parks, wide alleys of boulevard , super elevated highways, museums ( cultural center of the Philippines), arts galleries, chic cafe and restaurants, boutique services for valet parks , emporiums of sky crappers ( ferries wheel and antenae observatories, avenue of coconut trees, sun sets and blue moon , skies and seas meet together.
For now the current set up of political identification /geographical zoning the said Pasay Reclaimed City, is through " bases of (nearest) barangay proximity". A certain individual can enlist himself belonging to a certain registered voters precinct ( for suffrage), religious affiliation ( nearest church ), societal belonging ( nearest mall),
Councillor Mr. Richard Advincula of Pasay City district I, now comprising his own constituency from the PICC , Philippine International Convention Center , Cultural Center of the Philippines, all the sides of the boulevards going to SM Arena , SM mall of Asia , is being considered under the 'PASAY RECLAIMED CITY ' OR PASAY RECLAIMED SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, that is planned to have its own political administrative body to constitute , promulgate, implement , elect its own officials for properly engage , manage the burgeoning residents ,registered businesses of the said place.
The " PASAY CITY RECLAIMED CITY or " PASAY RECLAIMED SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE , local ordinance paving for the special economic zone to happen and be official declared is on the making , hoping to be on draft after the " All Saints Day 2015", as per Mr. Richard Advincula.
The importance of the declaration is for the city to have its real estate valuation ( per square meter), tax collections purposes ,probation for a maximum security and the needs to have (spectre), special executive for counter intelligence, terrorism, revenge.
In all it is for a city branding.
Today, October 29, 2015 is the last league of the three days , PUBLIC presentation of the Pasay City official Public Forum on City's annual budget for the year 2016( per department ) , held at Montaignet room of the MIDAS HOTEL, PASAY CITY, PHILIPPINES
Notable priorities of the city is to for the Pasay City to uphold its health commitment to the resident . By allocating 500 million pesos for running the Pasay City General Hospital under the new Municipal Chief of Hospital Dr. Lou Ocampo , and Dr. Cezar Encinares Pasay City , Municipal Health Officer clenched the approved budget of 200 million , both were optimistic that the resident of the Pasay City could avail the premium health services that a first class city could offer.
