Robin Padilla deserves the Best Actor 2014 for these years Metro Manila Film  Festival for his role portrayal for the revered Philippine great hero  Andres Bonifacio in the self title film dedicated to the plebeian  " Bonifacio " " Ang Unang Pangulo".

Timely when the Philippines on its annual calendar of festivities , when Christmas is celebrated with high color. One of the most anticipated events of the year is the staging of Metro Manila Film Festival now on its 40th year in the making. People accustomed of seeing worthy movie, plus an invitational press conferences, move premiere night, the annual Metro Manil Film Festival float parade with the Movie Stars  along Roxas Blvd, aside from the traditional Misa de Gallo, Childrens carolling, Christmas Parties, Exchange gifts , Christmas tree lightings , orchards lighted with christmas lights.

Robin Padilla coming from the clan of illustrious , noble family from the land of Bicolandia could be traced back with great ancestors from the " Friars" whom the historical narratives of the Philippine have imbued with complicated relationships. For during the 300 years of Spanish colonisation of the nation brought both bad and good memories. Its the " Friars" who's mandate is to spread the good news whilst the "sword" of the Empire Kingdom of Spain , mandates is to laid out a structural political structure in the newly colonised  Philippines. However when  the two best mandates collides when both goes to both sides. Sometimes overlapping functions create a disharmony instead of hegemony.

The best gift of the movie to the Filipino movie audience on this Christmas 2014 , is the gift of wisdom in relation to historical enlightenment  which cast doubt of who really deserved to be called the "first president of the Philippines" after Spain relinquish  its supreme imperial power over the Islands to Philippines . Wither it is Andres Bonifacio a revolutionary from Tondo or Emilio Aguinaldo military man from Kawit Cavite?

Would the movie would lead to amicable settlement of reconciliation between the camp of historians , fanactics of both sides ? or would still instigate a further forum of discussions , and research ?

The movie , cast no doubt of political tone since , the lead role of  Andres Bonifacio is being played by the distant relative himself Mr. Robin Padilla.

" What motivates Robin Padilla to accept the role , of Andres Bonifacio a hero type cast as poor , traitor is my question to one of the Philippine Pillars of Theater acting , Mr. Miguel Faustman who himself a Castillian . Mr. Miguel Faustman who happens to be an ardent supporter of the movie , was one of the guest in the Movie Premiere of the said " Bonifacio " "  Ang Unang Pangulo", which was unveiled to the full pact SM Shoe Mart Cinema , SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City . The theater actor is  one also of the cast , played the role of the very strict "Friar".

Mr. Miguel Faustman answered to me honestly," I have even encountered the real live Emilio Aguinaldo on his old age in the Philippine high society  circle event", this movie deserves to be understood for its has something to do with Philippine historical narratives. The movie will bring out the best on the acting ability of Robin Padilla.

Indeed, upon seeing with the movie I believe the movie is perfect good for Robin Padilla to be nominated not just for Philippine Best Actor for this year Metro Manila Film Festival but for the first Philippine Oscar Award for Holywood Best Foreign Films category.

Moroever , the movie will remind each Filipino for further introspection regarding their historical past and let them decide for themselves what is the truth .

To quote Mrs. Bernardita Reyes Churchill , founder, president of the Philippine Historical Society on her calmly academician concerns on her " being moderator " engagement in one of the high profile Historical Forum held at University of Asia and Pacific  a year ago. " This is my advice to teachers and hero fanatics in the Philippines , not to contextualize what ever that is historically written on history books. Because its written though with aid of all out research , teaching history should have a leeway of creative space intended for those little doubt.

Anyway a gratitude for the Emperial Kingdom of Spain for bringing Christianity to the homeland of Philippines . After all, with out them who are we to celebrate Christmas after all. We will will not have the quizo de bola, misa de gallo, christmas tree, christmas lechon, puto bongbong, aroz caldo, noche buena, especially the " christmas party on every offices ", nor we will not know "Jesus Christ" any way with out them.

The essence of the movie , is Andres Bonifacio" is ultimately the first President of the Republic of the Philippines by virtue of being the first who " revolt in Spain by tearing the community tax receipt " which culminates further to bloody revolt .

But still its up to you guys who really should wear the crown of the first President of the Republic of the Philippines. Please watch the movie for you to be enlighten too.

Robin Padilla would like to give thanks for the presence of the Philippine Movie Royalty , attending the Premiere night of the Bonifacio  Ang Unang Presidente . Multi Awarded movie actor and director Mr. Eddie Garcia and Nora Aunor. Including in the cast is Danielle Padilla , Jericho Rosales as Dr. Jose Rizal, Kuya Manzano, Miguel Faustman, Ms. Vina Morales as Gregory de Jesus.

Philippines Christmas is ultimately the best.

5th ECOP MGM , Members General Meeting:

ECOP ( Employers Confederation of the Philippines) in Partnership with ILO International Labor Organization and Pru life UK hold a one workshop about " Developing Strategies for Disaster Resilient Workplaces", with a special guest lecturer  from the Business New Zealand and Chairperson of Business & Advisory Committee to the OECD .

Mr. Phil O' Reilly , Chief Executive from Business New Zealand  shared his profound, on hands practical experience " how representatives business organizations can play a role in responding to Crisis : the New Zealand experience".

From the 6.32 magnitude of earthquake which obliterated the Christchurch NZ, last Feb. 4, 2012 there were four reasons  that business community learned: "that business private organization could be of good used for disaster  response , rehab and reconstruction", that " private and public organization  part co existence ,tandem in the rebuilding efforts in NZ", "working for disaster posed for better and stronger relationship between public and private institutions".

Major outcomes of the strong commitment  and relationship in both private and public resulted to a 80 percent success in rebuilding efforts of all 35 000 business registered in Christchurch NZ. Despite of the exodus of businesses to suburb areas the out come of the disaster , at least major operations continued . Many of these business establishment were given financial support by the banking and financial realm in NZ. Most of the these traumatised business entity have been in operation today.

The disaster were not all problems to solve . But it could provide opportunities to a most creative enterprising entity. The opportunity and business to rebuild . There will be massive work in the recruitment and retention  inventory of human resources. Workers accommodation  would be a phenomenal business .

Mr. Philip O' Reilly , candidly response to a question during the forum, that ultimately a business in  a shut down operation is a disaster that should be managed well. Outweighing the repercussion of massive lay out , unemployment if one company will force to shut down cause by the natural disaster is not good for the ailing economy. In NZ, all financial intermediaries knows their own role in society as financial conduit of business private enterprises. Banks comes into succour  in times of need , which have been very cooperative in providing soft loans to a disaster stricken community small and medium enterprises.

IS CREDIT INFORMATION BUREAU ESSENTIAL TO  A CREDIT BASED SOCIETY LIKE THE PHILIPPINES?

Imagined a clearance certificate as an essential personal documentary requirements in all personal undertakings like applying for a job, securing a personal o business loan that will soon be implemented once , the passage of the bill in the House of Congress which soon become into Law as being advocated by the former actor now an corporate advocates Mr. Jaime Garchetorina .

My own interpretation of Certificate Clearance of No Debt :

Credit Information Bureau

This is to certify that  Mr.Hayme Nikolai Alaala has no outstanding liability to any person or juridical entity as of to date ------------.This certificate is valid from today ------- until ---------.

Charing-to Dalelimot

The need to have a derivative department which will encharge of the master listing index of the good creditors and past due account is necessary in the credit based society like the Philippines.

Kindly visualize your paper bills (money), and the note printed on it " Ang Salaping Ito Ay Bayarin ng Republica ng Pilipinas". Means in English " This money is to be paid ( accountable) ng Republika ng Pilipinas.

But for the reason alone of being past due  (deliquent) is not a good reason at all to lack out a certain person to the circuit of financial system.

Advocates of the credit information  bureau and its necessity of existence by the name of Mr. Jaime Garchitorena speakes the logic of the credit Information Corporation.

Together with the CRIF(www.crif.com) , an Italian base IT Information Technology  company represented by Simone Colombara , managing Director CRIF Corp . Philippines explained the practical usage of the credit information bureau, as the official national vault of the creditors (master list) ,credit history of each creditor .Thus CRIF will officially host the IT infrastructure being an expert in the field as a custom designer of integrated business IT solutions proven effective in Asean Countries, European, Middle East, Africa, Americas, Australia and Canada.

If the purpose of the Credit Bureau is for the Philippines Financial Realm to have a single window , releasing a clearance for each citizenry of his credit status .Wither one is of good creditor , habitual absentee of payments or wither one has no obligatory records .This will facilitate for another third party like a loan institution for a good decision making , releasing the loan to a deserving one.The certificate of debt status or no debt will serve as a character reference and will give the bearer a better  chance for a job promotion or good social standing  . If this will be the purpose of the Credit Information Bureau , then the elements of its existence is undoubtedly necessary.

But on the other hand , if the Credit Information Bureau's purpose is to finalize individual , condemning him into oblivion of excommunicated into any financial inclusion , then the Bureau has no right for existence. Because its existence violates the very basic rights for economic freedom for a man to exercise his self reliance, be able to run and acquired his own private property.

But on the other hand, if the Credit information Bureau's purpose is to inquest one banking preferences, based on his religious beliefs, culture, currency affiliation , then the credit bureau existence is go against for the universal human basic rights.

The Philippine 1st Literary Festival 2014 as was presented by National Bookstore , Raffles Makati  have been a huge success. Co partner with ABS -CBN Publishing Inc., ANVIL, Ateneo de Manila University Press, Precious Pages Your bookstores, Summit Media , University of the Philippines Publishing House, University of Sto. Tomas Publishing House,VISPRINT , INC. , the literary festival became a landmark in the historical pages of the Philippine history of literature .

Chang - Rae Lee , South Korean migrant to USA have been the honorary guest of the first Philippine Literary Festival .

The interview with the author as was given the highest accolade , spotlighting with an entertainment talk show hosted by Philippine  LGBT advocates , Ateneo English teacher, and author himself ( Ladlad Anthology) Mr. Dan Remoto.

(1.)What makes Chang Rae Lee an author. Who influence you ,during your  early life on becoming a great novelist as what you are today?

"The one who influence me in my growing up years to become as what I am today is my English teacher. Probably I was fifteen and sixteen years old when novel become a talk of conversation in our English class , then given when this bracket of age , I think everyone is on the verge of discovering once self . Being aware the importance and beauty of the literature it became my habit to read . I enjoyed it , I love it, I have passion in literature and any form related to it. I devour to read everything I can. Yet I found pleasure doing it  Maybe I am fortunate enough to have the luxury of time being a  diligent reader , then I realize I can able to write . Frankly I am  crazy reader . I read books, I read poetry".

The author quoted Jack Caroline whom he attributed his artsy , seeing things as if travelling .

" My family as a migrant from Asia to America is a typical family in New York . My family who provide the best security , financial stability and the passion to strive more seems molded my way of  looking at life differently "

The novel " Gardener", enrich the authors life to write to tell stories . Because he found the sound of the language use as very poetic. The author loves poetry so much. He likes love stories too. For out of this materials that the author was able to unfold , translate his own love stories recreating his own experience in love, base on what he heard from other own love stories. Then from the topic of romance  and love , the author evolve on the tableau of his own writing styles. Slowly dwells the topic of unknown faces of soldier of war , its causes and after effect.

(2).Does your Father being a Psychiatry mold your neurotic way  to became a creative story teller?

"Yes, perhaps . In home we have a lot of books related to my parents avocation. I read a lot of those stuff."I read case stories, interpretations of dreams, poems, all human possibilities , experiences, . From then I developed an interest in people as to what I deeply rooted loving the literature . From poem books, movies synopsis , reviews, scripts, to psychiatric books . Because of this all my works become a reflection of people of what I have read, then people assume I am their one of their pieces."

(3).Does your father read one of those your work or novel?

Chang Rae Lee father is not a reader of English books which are sophisticated like this literature of novel war book. The father of the author  reads book but not as gentleman as what the author does. Chang Rae Lee graduated in College with English major. But he works in the Wall Street , New York Financial Stock Exchanges as research equity analyst not as stock broker. If he can read balance sheet and other financial graphs and financial statements , the author thought why not making money out of it. Financial analyst dig well stories . Realizing the potential of his new found interest in financial realm. The motivation of being independent financially, finally  encourage Chang Rae Lee to write devotedly . Year after year Mr. Lee realize he has to write . The author Chang Rae Lee found the good feeling and pleasure to work  and work really harder consistently . Which the authors found himself harder to quite writing . Chang Rae Lee was able to developed his own routine and style of writing and he found it harder to stop.

(4).The characters in your novel almost have a  resemblance with you , why?
Is there a potential violence character in you of axing someone to death?

" When I write a novel like this violence of nature , I listen to my own voice. Yes there was voice in me but maybe in so with my  own character". the spot light author said .Chang Rae Lee further said " I cannot make a story unless i am confidence with the whole story".

" Just recently I a starting a novel, I captured the scenes in an enclave of Chinese Immigrant in New Jersey .Its very interesting . The community is small , but there is so much life about them. The community stories and ambiance is so captivating. I am writing synonymous about the same place but not exactly the same. " as per the author.

What agitate the author provides his voice and space to write hyperbolic up to a larger extent of magnifying the whole context . Because if not with the writers agitation , who in the first place who have the courage to write a certain stories?, the author further said. And the author add, " that agitation became a personal authors voice translating to his works , that a became a fluids of ideas connecting to the author readers or audience, like the meaning of notes, the charms of the characters and biographical scenes, moving readers to leap , laugh, tears, emotionally bother ".

(5). The Places you entirely captured sound and look like Singapore?
And they seems not very happy ? and using instead of first person of I , why you opted to use WE?

Chang Rae Lee replied " I love Singapore, primarily because its ASIA. But given with its orderliness and city of regulation  and not reflecting it in the story would be a total lie. However despite of these, they have still emotions, sensibilities, and feelings that needs to be highlighted in the novel. The novel is a medium to expound the community feelings, their way of life, culture and traditions, themes, opinions, philosophy. Its difficult but I've tried by best to capture this into a vivid life of readers imagination. "

East West Bank and Phil Equity rolled up the curtain for the Philippine Economic last quarter economic forecast with a full cavalry support of all branch officers of the East West Bank. The tenets core of Equity Investing principles embodied by the East West bank , local , regional and world scenario were being brought out in the opened by the Phil Equity Securities modern evangelist Mr. Wilson Sy.

To correlate the Philippine Economy which named as the best performer in the Asean region to the World largest economy of the United States of America could be attributed to the regulations and policies implemented by the President Ninoy Aquino III economic "tsar" in personified by Philippine Stock Exchange Mr. Hans Sicat . Who had just received his accolade is the best model of corporate governance by Asian Regional Magazine " Corporate Governance Asia"based in Hongkong. Together with the guardian of Banking Interest , Inflationary rate and other derivatives rates affecting the monetary and  financial systems of the Philippines in the person of Mr. Armando Tetangco Jr.

"The Philippine Economy  is expected to end  a high flying grade of 6.75 % Gross Domestic Products which comparing to the World Largest economy of USA  sluggish to a grade of 3.5 something "this is according to Mr. Wilson Sy.

The evening of  practical tips of investing in Equity have been summarized by Jose Emmanuel U. Hilado, senior executive vice president , Chief operating officer of the East West bank ,

 Good evening ladies and gentlemen.

That was a great , interesting presentation from Wilson Sy and his team. If you are still on a non believer in Philequity and the Philippines after presentation then either you were just day dreaming the whole time you are the real life version of Mr. Glum in Gulliver's Travels who would always say" It will never make it, we're doomed".

Today we have officially launched our Distribution partnership with PhilEquity Fund and we are looking forward to offering it to our clients through our Trust Feeder Fund Structure . We are bullish long term for equities because we think that the low interest rate environment in the Philippines for the past 5 years will remain (mention previous rates) and this has forced people to change their asset allocation. Instead of the usual time deposits investors and savers are now willing to take more risk be it in equities or real estate. Gone are the days when people could say I am "living on interes".

And so for the past 10-12 years whe have seen a dramatic growth in mutual funds and UITFs in the local market. In 2005 UITF levels were at P252B. As of June 2014 UITFs are at P 595 B. And we expect this to continue growing not only because of the low rate environment but also because of changing demographics and increasing wealth distribution. And we also expect that the proportion invested in stocks will continue to increase vs that of fixed income.

But investing in equities entails risk, both market and credit risk and that is why it takes some effort to self manage one's portfolio . This is where we see the need for a professional fund manager. Someone who is equipped to manage the risk and has the discipline to be more of an investor rather than a speculator.

On our part in East West , we believe in equities as an asset class for investors and we believe that is just a question of choosing the right fund manager.

And so today we have here to launched our distribution partnership with PhilEquity . And there is only one reason why we are partnering with Philequity for this equity fund- and that is performance. As the presentation earlier showed , the CAGR  of PhilEquity over a period of 20 years is 19.2% vs.4.7% . Although we always say that past performance is not a guarantee of future performance ,w hat we can conclude is that this is a fund that has been well managed through the most volatile of times in recent history. And if one can manage a fund through times like that and still deliver excellent returns, then chances are your funds will be well managed well into the future.

I recently read the financial times an article about fund managers. The article said that there are still evidence to suggest that it is worth paying the fees of active fund management but there are a few managers who appear to be worth their fees. And they are rare because you have to show consistent outperformance through time. One of them is Benjamin Graham ( the guy who developed the discipline of security analysis is considered a value investor) whose fund returned 21 % a year over 20 years . Sir John Templeton of the famous Templeton Growth Fund was also mentioned . He delivered a return of 14.5 % from 1954 to 1992 . The last one is Peter Lynch who ran the Magellan Fund of Fidelity from 1977 to 1990 and averaged 29 % per annum.

Now if we relate that to PhilEquity which returned 19.2% over period of 20 years thent he obvious conclusion is that PhilEquity's track record compares to that of the world's best fund managers - and of course the conclusion that they deserve their fees. Maybe I should write the financial times and tell them that they over looked a fund manager in the Philippines who has shown the same track record worth and worth his fee- you are ok  with that Mr. Wilson sir?

In closing , I wish to thank our clients who joined us today. Thank you for your business. We are confident that we are bringing to you a sound investment alternative. We look forward to doing more business with you. To the PhilEquity team, Mr. Sy , Mr. Bunyi , thank you for doing the presentation today and we look forward to a successful and lasting partnership with PhilEquity.

Have a pleasant evening and do stay with us for some cocktails.

Share Phil  Shareholders Association of the Philippines  holds an annual general membership meeting and forum on " Improving Financial Literacy and Increasing Financial Inclusion to Sustain Economic Growth" today Wednesday November 05, 2014 , 11 AM to 2PM , at Mayuree I, Dusit Thani Manila, sponsored by Security Bank.

Among the most distinguish guest who attended the meeting is no other than the central bank governor himself , Mr. Armando M. Tetangco. Jr.

My excitement of eating launch with these Dusit Menu, was cut off abruptly by the organizer due billing issue. The meeting is for a fee .

The group mantra " Faith to the investor" Fairness, Accountability , Independence , Transparency , Honor came over lately in the Philippine Financial Landscape when the Philippines is on the verge of Asian Integration 2015.

The title of the forum for today is the testament that the Philippines have been a financial laggard. Being the oldest republic and first who savor the independence among its counterpart in Asia why it is that the Philippines , for today is still on the " literacy mode".

Asian Integration especially in the financial sectors should be on the " monitoring mood" already by this time should be.

The organization should have a clear vision  of what role they should be in the financial sector. Is the group would be in security.

For mobilizing some of the AFP forces for these purpose requires some remuneration for which the department cannot afford to shoulder. The President / CEO Lorenzo Tan being a partner vendor of the digital financial apps would be paying to e-Smart Money Inc., a more or less 5 USD per year per account upon reaching the required maximum volume of transaction or more or less 2 USD per year per account ( if in minimum), which translate to a less than .30 cents USD a day , banks customers is "guaranteed", with security for their accounts . This is wither their accounts is credit card or debit card. Since this is a Business to Business transactions between RCBC and e-Smart Money Inc., the manner of charging their own clients ( RCBC vs its Clients) would depends on their own company policy. That is by allowing their clients to charge their enrollment/registration availing this "lock by Mobile "  via its annual membership card, but enrollment or registration to the apps would be on the RCBC clients decisions /options ,nor it would not be a mandatory or compulsary.

The total target market card holder in the Philippines would be 50.6 milllion . Of which 8 million is about to be catered by the e-Smart Money Inc., and RCBC for its clients card holders.

Moreover , RCBC President and CEO  further said " 75 percent of the total workforce by 2025 " , would be called "the swipe generation", that would be 11 years from now. This generation composes of those who were born between 1980-2000, so this e-Smart Money digital apps for the digital financial control is very relevant and necessary. Because if the banks would not avail with these break through  cyber fraud is going up a lot of banker in jail ", personal testimony of the abled president and  CEO of RCBC.

"Even in Europe this is what happening today, doing banking via mobile , ordering food in a restaurant via i-pod or smart phone. The banking is going a virtual reality , for which there is a minimal customer relations  real interface ', added by the President.

Hence , the President / CEO is envisioning to have a Philippines a well connected virtual financial realm in the years to come. E-Peso Payments and Settlements will be good to the Philippines. There must be a comprehensive (single), well integrated flat form where ATMs users, providers , stocks consumers and policy makers /regulators, bonds investors, issuers /regulators would be connected to each other . This is what is happening in South Korea . They have already an integrated circuit of virtual / cyber financial space developed by the Samsung. The merging of Philippine Stock Exchange and Philippine dealing system is a new frontier , hoping for a more integrated online apps for a lesser cost , efficient delivery of services towards cyber financial players.

Today , the capital value of the Philippine Market systems (PSE) is just about of 1/6 of the total volume of Thailand , for these the Philippine Banking systems which comprises only of 4 percent of the total cyber financial payment systems , and yet the return of equity for each company or investors to which is quite dropping up to 6 to 12 percent , for these above all reasons that the Philippine Financial Policy makers, regulators, players, consumers  would work and hand in hand together with the mobile telcos not only to cater with the demands and anticipate with the huge Philippine sweet demographics markets called the generation Y  but to anticipate with the Asean integration 2015.

The modern mantra for today, in relation with the ASEAN integration is no longer ' Banks to Banks " transactions but rather " switch to switch" interconnectivity.

RCBC Banks which for which is runs by the Bancnet its softwares online programming linking its cyber financial realm together with Megalink is ushering a new era of banking systems . By partnering with e-Smart Money Inc., the financial project coordinator of SMART company headed by the BIG BOSSING MVP , CEO/ President  Manny V. Pangilinan together with RCBC Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation , President and CEO Lorenzo Tan , hope the Philippine Banking Systems will emerge a new.

Note: LockbyMobile was officially launched in Barcelona (Spain)  Mobile Congress (2009),it is only now that it is officially commercially launch due to the Philippine  market due to  penetration reason (2009), but today given with the market maturity ,saturation and still keeps growing for the rate of 20 percent per year ,  the risk post of cyber fraud  LockbyMobile is just fit to relaunch in the Philippines. It will be the official representative of the Philippines Financial Innovation Congress in  " Money 2020 , Las Vegas USA " today Nov. 3-7, 2014.

LockByMobile
Project by SMART E-MOBILE INC.,

PROJECT BRIEF:

LOCKBYMOBILE is the world's first mobile-based , anti-fraud security service that empowers card users to "lock " and "unlock" their automated teller machine (ATM) , prepaid, debit, and credit cards with the use of their smartphones.

This latest innovation developed by SMART e-Money, Inc., (SMI), the digital financial services arm of Smart Communications , Inc. ( Smart), is in response to the rising number of fraud cases involving ATM and credit card transactions.

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has earlier reported that over a thousand incidents of ATM fraud and scams took place last year involving approximately P220 million , 13 percent higher than the 175 million that was recorded in 2012. Fraudulent practices that have victimized cardholders over the years include cash and card trapping, shoulder surfing, use of information from carelessly discarded ATM receipts, card skimming , and cloned cards.

LockByMobile is an innovative mobile financial solution that was developed to address a common pain point of any cardholder-that of having the power to protect one's card accounts in a simple yet powerful an convenient way.

It provides an additional layer of security by enabling any card holder to block and un-block the use of the funds in his cards with a few taps on his smartphone. This can be quickly implemented by banks, and provide greater peace of mind to payment card users amid the increasing incidence of identity theft.

Using SMI's proprietary, patented and Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standard certified platform, this mobile application can be downloaded via Google Play or Apple Store. This will be made available to card issuers worldwide using smartphones provided by any mobile network operator.

LockByMobile allows you to "lock" and "unlock" your accounts at different levels- by account, by channel , or by transaction settings.

Through locking by transaction, a cardholder can set an amount threshold ; limit the types of merchants where the card can be used; and limit transactions to certain countries and currencies . This is very relevant protection when the user is not using the card like when traveling overseas.

Meanwhile , selecting channel lock allows the user to specifically lock access to an ATM withdrawal , point of sale terminal , online purchase , mobile banking, or money transfer.

Under the settings , the account can also choose to specify ,which particular card account enrolled in the mobile app should be locked or unlocked.

LockByMobile also has built in fraud alert mechanism which are preventive rather than reactive ,ensuring that a transaction will not push through unless it is within the security setting set by the cardholder.

If the card has been skimmed or used by an unauthorized individual , the cardholder will be alerted immediately through his mobile phone and the attempted transaction will not be completed . This will save the card owner from filing complaints with the banks for unauthorized transactions.

The latest innovation from SMI is seen to further push the adoption of electronic payments in a country where majority of purchases and transactions are still done in cash.

The New German today after that 25 years of reunification is able to freshly gained and celebrate with the Philippines the 60th anniversary of having forged of mutual relationship for trade , diplomacy , people to people, educational exchanges , cultural enrichment , sciences and designed collaboration have a reason to start fresh and a new.

The new milestone for the German-Philippines relationship from time of its oldest establishment of Chamber of Commerce ( in Asia), is the establishment of framework for social security arrangement , this very impetus evidence for a new politics and economic renaissance for the German-Philippines relationship.

From the time the Philippines establishes its Philippine consulate office in Germany since 1954 , 10 years after the two became inseparable for the trade engagement. Germany became the Philippine largest trading partner to Europe ,equating to 7 billion USDollar.
The very fundamentals of this bi lateral relationship is recognizing human rights, rule of law and Philippines sense of Justice. Fundamentals for the German Industry to keep trade in the Philippines is its commitment to be open minded.

How Datu of today viewed the Philippines and the World.
Datu is considered a prince of a barangay , the traditional form of governance in the Philippines during the Malays era or before the Spanish Emperial conquestadores .
Datu is the walking depository of oral history of their own locality or ethnography where they belong. Their mandate is to implement the rule of law ( customary), ensure the existence of tribal against other tribals.
Datu Ireneo Perez Rico, of Macapilapay Purok 8 , Barangay San Toribio Esparanza , Agusan del Sur is a Datu who is "on fire" on the modernization of systems politics, economy, society norms and ways, that goes if not complimentary treatens the very core of Datu systems and their way of life and even their habitat which is the forest.
Datu Ireneo Perez Rico is a delegate representing his clans in the two days of 2nd National Conference on Indigenous Peoples and Local communities Conserved Areas and Territories held at Crown Plaza , Ortigas Center , Pasig City , Philippines.
" The Ortigas Center especially the city is overwhelming ", imagine and looking from the 40th floor of St. Francis Tower which I booked, I saw the vastness of the city".
Datu as position relegated is privilege . But its only given to the anointed sons from the eldest of the certain family. Its could be inherited and one could be trained from the fathers mentoring.Sometimes one could be appointed to position when someone shown and bears deep respect among the peers of old faternal groupings or when one have done something for the admiration of the whole tribe . It is if by some one have caught (hunt) extraordinary beast from the forest, or save the tribe from the treat of extinction .
Customary Law provides the fairness and sense of justice , peace and equity in dealing day to day living with the tribe and in dealing with other tribe. Its purely based on commonsense of what is tradtionally belief of what is right and wrong. Its unwritten yet carry the fatherly concerns , encompassing from Datu's immediate family and to the whole trbe.
Courtship ,Datu's experience era on courting woman is through songs.
Through his friends from the local migrant from Ilocus region , who tought him the songs of Eddie Perigrina and even Elvey's Presley.
Initiation rites , this is purely mans world. The passing of boy to a man is something regarded a sacred ritual.
Herbs as medicine , indigenous people live by nature. The environment of forest is where they live their livelihood. Where every one has enough according to his catch. " We have our historic delineation for each part of the forest where we apportioned which is best for hunting livestock, to gather fire woods, to get fresh water to drinks, to get for our fruits and foods, to get something herbs for our medicine. Each delineation is symbolized with a tree , shrub or stone.
Rituals and traditions, our own way of dealing with the unseen or the almighty and 'bathala" through songs , personal conversation is very intimate for which only Datu or Baylan could only manage to comprehend.
Family wife as permanent (no deductions but sometimes may allowed to add in).
Land sense of ownership ,entitlement ,inheritance : according to Datu Ireneo Perez Rico being a Datu " macalipay", its that we belong to nature, and nature belong to us. Sense of ownership is immaterial. However as time progresses where sens of permanency comes upon us its the delineation by terrain , topography natural dominion defines with by a boundary of familiarity. Sense of ownership is intangible and abstract form of control where common sense of ownership means to share for every one , because all belongs to nature.
Approach to modernization , according to " Datu Macalipay", living in a tribe " means a simple living, we have a herbalist who act as doctor". "Prenatal diagnosis is just simple. By a native chicken egg , massaging it in the skin belly of the pregnant woman, we can be able to distinguish if the baby is healthy , a boy or girl". " How ever to day , the old norms of delivering a baby will be no longer be applied . Because most of the trbie woman, eat junk foods where nutrients and their innate strengths cannot afford to carry the pain of traditional birthing delivery. They have to summoned to the way of new birthing and even caring after birth sense their bodies is no longer immune to the old ways where nutrients from the raw ,slow foods is very effective as what we have been".
"About the cellphone, Indigenous people today uses cellphone already. " I have a daughter who happens to be schooled by nun , and she is now a teacher. Yes she uses cellphone already. ", per Datu Ireneo Perez Rico " Makalipay".
What worried , Datu Macalipay is the divide and conquer tactics by the for pay guards of the Mining Company operating in Agusan del Sur and renegade army of the New Peoples Army for both side fight for the " natures money " bribe to operate a mining with in the sacred places , declared for by the tribe ancestors.
"Hence, what bothers me " when science confronted the issue of recording our way of living, there are certain ways for which " conversing with our baylan "god" through an intimate oracle ' recitation" where meaning is only at the state of mind between baylan and the ONE."
Likewise , " our tested medicinal herbs , if put tested and proven by science , and manufactured in mass produce for profit , for whom who benefit for these , are we the indigenous people".
"Good to say, that living in the old norms is now an lifestyle options for everyone , yet entails cost , but is this norms means are we going back in times?" , as per Datu Irene Perez Rico " Macalipay".
Its the peace loving "indigenous people that gets comprise" aside from the environmental impact of the mining , their very way of life is "on fire".
Partners for the today's conference on Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities Conserved Areas and Territories are Bureau of Biodiversity, gef, UNDP , PAFID, Bukluran ICCA Consortium, ptfcf, National Commission on Indigenous People, giz Deutsche Gesellschaft fun internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the Federal Ministry for the Environment Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety of the Federal Republic of Germany.
